What??? Verne Troyer is perhaps small but he is terrible. He has filed a lawsuit against TMZ last June 26 at the US District Court In LA, for violation of his rights when the company aired portions of his s&x tape.

Verne claimed that his right of privacy, was violated and that there's infringement on his copyright and trademark by showing the s&x tape. He demands $20 million for damages and prohibits further airing and dissemination of the scandalous video. Yaayks! I never thought Verne ever cared about this. I'm not interested in seeing his s*x video. He is not really a famous celebrity after all. Forgive me but I don't think, his s&x video really caught the attention of many people. I don't think his S&x scand%l is such a big issue. I think only a few people have seen it. Verne by filing a case against TMZ is just making the whole issue a big deal. He is creating more publicity for his s&x video.

That's too much of an asking. That's special treatment! But the store owner has the discretion to grant it or not and if the owner choose not to give this special privilege, there's no reason to be mean at the store and the people in it!

If I recall it right, John had been acquitted of indecent assault on an actress.

At approximately 7pm this evening a man aged in his 40s attended a London police station by appointment and was arrested in connection with the inquiry.

He was interviewed and bailed pending further inquiries to a date in late August."

I can't help but get mad at this organization claiming to be created purposely to protect animal rights and care for the animals. But here comes this report about PETA killing more than 90% of the Animals in its care in 2007. In comparison to other organizations with a low budget but were able to do more in terms of saving the animals.

In comparison, the Virginia Beach SPCA, right down the road from PETA’s Norfolk headquarters, managed to adopt out almost 70% of the animals in its care last year. And it did it on a relative shoestring budget.

Adding PETA's 2007 numbers to the mix, we can now document that the group has put down over 19,200 dogs, cats, puppies, and kittens. While it's possible that some of these animals were too broken or sick to be rehabilitated, humane societies in Virginia managed to save an average of nearly 65 percent of their animals in 2007. PETA found adoptive homes for less than 1 percent.

People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals, a group that complains bitterly when animals die accidentally in horse races or intentionally in slaughterhouses, killed more than 90 percent of the adoptable animals in its care during 2007

There was a statement issued by Dior, with which Sharon Stone has a modelling contract. The statement was apologetic wherein Sharon Stone was quoted saying "I am deeply sorry and sad about hurting the Chinese People."

The comments created a stir in the Chinese news media and on blogs, and Dior, which has a modeling contract with Ms. Stone for a face cream, removed her from advertising in China, fearing a backlash. In the 45-minute telephone interview Thursday night, Ms. Stone was at first strident and then contrite about her remarks. She insisted her comments in Cannes had been taken out of context. She also said that she resisted Dior’s efforts at damage control, and that the apology issued in her name distorted her words.

Early last week, Ms. Stone said, she received a call from Sidney Toledano, the chief executive of Dior, which hired the actress for beauty advertisements in 2005. “I talked to Sidney and I said: ‘Let’s get serious here. You guys know me very well. I’m not going to apologize. I’m certainly not going to apologize for something that isn’t real and true — not for face creams.’ ”

Kevin Greening Died Having Unorthodox Sexual Behavior!

Radio 1 DJ Kevin Greening died after drugs and homosexula bondage session. Kevin is the former BBC Radio 1 breakfast DJ. His body was found by police at his boyfriend's home on the eve of his 45th birthday.

According to the The Coroner, Paul Knapman, Kevin, "was found dead having indulged in unorthodox sexual behaviour involving restraint equipment and illegal drugs." .

Mr. Greening's boyfriend is Sean Griffin.

Details of the sex session as reported:

The sex session involved Mr Greening being suspended in a black leather sling from scaffolding in the bedroom.

He was wearing a rubber suit and had cling film and "gaffer tape" around his torso.

Tests carried out after Mr Greening's death found traces of cocaine, ecstasy and GHB, commonly known as a "date rape drug", present in his bloodstream.

According Sean Griffin:

"Kevin and I had a very happy and very vigorous sex life. It was not conventional by heterosexual norms perhaps, but it was a sex life which was vigorous and imaginative and we enjoyed each other."

The article is not really clear about the relationship of former President Bill Clinton but it’s more of hints being given. In response, Gina Gershon got furious about the alleged adulterous relationship with the former President Bill Clinton and wants the magazine to correct the mistake!
