We have not seen much of Lindsay Lohan lately. She's always hanging with Samantha. But Lindsay showed up in the LG Electronics Launch of the Scarlet HD TV Series showing up her boobs in this rich blue dress. She doesn't look really good in these photos. The boobs are nice but overall, nuh!!
