What??? Verne Troyer is perhaps small but he is terrible. He has filed a lawsuit against TMZ last June 26 at the US District Court In LA, for violation of his rights when the company aired portions of his s&x tape.
Verne claimed that his right of privacy, was violated and that there's infringement on his copyright and trademark by showing the s&x tape. He demands $20 million for damages and prohibits further airing and dissemination of the scandalous video. Yaayks! I never thought Verne ever cared about this. I'm not interested in seeing his s*x video. He is not really a famous celebrity after all. Forgive me but I don't think, his s&x video really caught the attention of many people. I don't think his S&x scand%l is such a big issue. I think only a few people have seen it. Verne by filing a case against TMZ is just making the whole issue a big deal. He is creating more publicity for his s&x video.
