Tina Sherman and husband Philip Sherman have filed a lawsuit against McDonald Corporation over leaked photos of Tina Sherman. Philip Sherman's mobile phone which contained the private nude photos of Tina Sherman was left at McDonald. The McDonald staff gave an assurance that the phone will be secured until Sherman gets it. But the photos of Tina Sherman without clothes on started to get online. It was posted on a certain website but I don't know what website. Thus the Sherman started the litigation to recover a minimum of $3 million for the humiliation and everything associated with the leaked nude pictures of Tina Sherman.
